Duration: 6 months

Reports to: Bid/Tender Manager – mentorship + continuous training included

Program Structure:

  • Months 1-3: Intensive training → bid prep, proposal writing, tender compliance, documentation standards. Continuous assessments.
  • Months 4-6: Hands-on → live tenders + real proposal assignments under Bid Manager.
  • Top performers: Considered for absorption as Bid & Tender Assistant or Pre-Sales Support Officer.

Your Role:

  • Prepare tender docs, proposals, pre-qualification responses + supporting docs
  • Work with bid managers, project teams, consultants to gather technical/financial/administrative inputs
  • Attend pre-bid sessions + compliance assessments
  • Ensure 100% accuracy + compliance with tender specs
  • Support technical + financial schedules
  • Learn Green Com’s ICT solutions + value props inside out
  • Join internal innovation projects to improve bidding efficiency
