About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, patient-focused Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, counseling patients on the safe use of medicines, managing pharmacy inventory, processing prescriptions, and working closely with clinicians to ensure quality pharmaceutical care. The role also involves supporting oncology medication dispensing, handling special-order prescriptions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous quality improvement within the pharmacy.
Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration certificate and current practicing license.
- Experience in an outpatient or hospital pharmacy is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of dispensing, patient counseling, inventory management, and pharmacy operations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy management systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
