Responsibilities:
- Prepare gym activities/sessions and advertise as necessary.
- Responsible for all activities and gym operations for guests effectively as per program
- Ensure that all the tools & equipment necessary to carry out these activities is available, sanitized and maintained.
- Maintain inventory, report any repairs and store all items required for activities in the guests area.
- Upsell gym program to inhouse guest and walk in.
- Take guests on excursions as per program or as advised by the entertainment manager
- Always receive/welcome guests/VIP’S and groups arriving at the gym courteously with a genuine smile
- Perform any other duties assigned on official capacity by anyone in authority in the interest of the company.
- Get feedback plus motivate guests on all activities while providing a unique atmosphere in actions and behavior.
- Giving supervision at all times to the guests and make sure activities are well manned.
Qualification
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Fitness Training, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Valid Gym/Fitness Instructor certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Gym Instructor or Fitness Trainer in a reputable fitness facility, hotel, or health club.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR with strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and safety procedures.
- Minimum Qualification: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Fitness Training, Physical Education, Sports Science, or a relate
