Overview    

• We are recruiting Graduate Associates to join our Assurance Line of Service.The role will be on a Two-year Fixed-Term Contract.

As a Graduate Associate, you will:

• Analyse information, spot insights, and solve real business challenges 
• Build strong communication and professional skills 
• Develop commercial awareness and understand how organisations operate 
• Uphold PwC’s high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism 

Requirements    

• You’re a Kenyan citizen 
• You scored KCSE (or its equivalent) B+ and above with an Upper Second class, or B plain with a First-Class Honours degree 
• You’re studying or have graduated in:  
• Business fields (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Commerce), or 
• Technology fields (IT, Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems) 
• You graduated in 2024 or later, or will finish your studies by September 2026 
• CPA(K), ACCA, CA—or progress towards them—is an added advantage, 

Mandatory Documents required- We will not progress with your application if the following documents are not attached 

• For those who have graduated 
• Updated CV 
• Certified KCSE certificate or its equivalent 
• Certified Degree certificate 
• Certified results transcripts all from 1st year to final year. 
• National Identity Card

 For those who have not graduated 

• Updated CV 
• Certified KCSE certificate or equivalent 
• Certified result transcripts to date from 1st year to current. 
• Letter from the university indicating expected completion date and expected degree results 
• National Identity Card
