Front Office – Receptionist Job Sebai Suites

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests courteously, ensuring positive first and last impressions.
- Manage check in/out procedures, guest registration, and compliance.
- Balance cash float, prepare daily revenue reports, and maintain confidentiality.
- Verify invoices, payments, and update PMS (Ezee) accurately.
- Monitor occupancy, VIP arrivals, wake up calls, and parcel handling.
- Process reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Accounts, and Security for seamless service.
- Answer calls/emails professionally, maintain guest records, and prepare daily lists.
- Safeguard guest privacy, follow emergency procedures, and report incidents.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or related field.
- Additional training in Customer Service, Hotel Systems (PMS), or Cash Handling is an advantage.
