Front Office – Receptionist Job Sebai Suites

  • Welcome guests courteously, ensuring positive first and last impressions.
  • Manage check in/out procedures, guest registration, and compliance.
  • Balance cash float, prepare daily revenue reports, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Verify invoices, payments, and update PMS (Ezee) accurately.
  • Monitor occupancy, VIP arrivals, wake up calls, and parcel handling.
  • Process reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Accounts, and Security for seamless service.
  • Answer calls/emails professionally, maintain guest records, and prepare daily lists.
  • Safeguard guest privacy, follow emergency procedures, and report incidents.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or related field.
  • Additional training in Customer Service, Hotel Systems (PMS), or Cash Handling is an advantage.
