About The Role
Enamax Diagnostics is seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined graduate to join our team as a Finance & Compliance Associate.
This role focuses on supporting financial organization, reporting, and regulatory compliance across the business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that financial records are accurate, transactions are properly tracked, and statutory obligations are met on time.
This role is suited for individuals who are organized, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records of transactions, expenses, and payments
- Support organization and structuring of financial data
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and summaries
- Support tax compliance processes, including iTax and eTIMS
- Track invoices, payments, and outstanding receivables
- Maintain organized financial documentation
- Support internal financial processes and controls
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Commerce or related field
- Must have graduated within the last 5 years
- CPA II or progress toward professional certification is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Ability to work in a structured and disciplined manner
