Dispatch Aide Job Kinangop Dairy
Looking for a sales & marketing job in Kenya? Kinangop Dairy is hiring a Dispatch Aide to support verify and sign for all loaded products. The role is based in Nyandarua and customer service skills are required.
Job Purpose
The position is primarily responsible to ensure Sales and Marketing requirements of the company are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and sign for all loaded products, ensuring accountability for both outbound and return items.
- Guide the driver according to the assigned route and ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
- Prepare and manage all required delivery documentation (e.g., GRNs, delivery notes, returns).
- Accurately record and reconcile all crates, cans, and product movements with customers and the factory.
- Report any incidents promptly and maintain clear communication with supervisors.
- Safeguard company property, maintain vehicle security and cleanliness, and ensure proper arrangement of goods.
- Adhere to company policies, KPIs, reporting times and perform any additional assigned duties.
- Any other role that may be assigned to you time to time by the company
Qualifications
- Must have a Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or KCSE.
- Highly developed communication, selling, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability work in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Possess personal qualities of integrity and empathy
- Customer service skills and ability to handle/solve problems.
- Must have minimum 1-year work experience in a dairy industry in sales.
