Requirements
- Must have Agricultural / Agronomy / Horticulture education background
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (WhatsApp, social media, CRM systems)
- 3-5 years of Experience in selling horticultural seeds, Bio-stimulant or Biochemicals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
