We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor to lead and support sales teams, drive performance, and ensure the achievement of commercial targets.

This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, coaching team members, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring high standards of customer service and sales execution. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and experienced in managing teams in fast-paced environments.

  • Supervise and support daily activities of the commercial/sales team
  • Monitor team performance and ensure targets and KPIs are met
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and prepare reports
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer or operational issues
  • Collaborate with management to optimize processes and results
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or commercial/sales role
  • Proven experience managing teams in sales, BPO, or commercial environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
