Job Purpose

The Chef De Partie will oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and efficiency.

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.
  • Ensure proper food storage, portion control, and waste minimization.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety compliance.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in requisitioning supplies.
  • Ensure timely service during meal periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
  • Support menu planning and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
