Job Purpose
The Chef De Partie will oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.
- Ensure proper food storage, portion control, and waste minimization.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in requisitioning supplies.
- Ensure timely service during meal periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
- Support menu planning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
