Business Developer Job Kilimall
Looking for a sales job in Kenya? Kilimall is hiring a Business Developer to identify growth opportunities and support expansion of the e-commerce platform. The role is based in Nairobi, and experience in the maternity & baby industry is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with maternity, baby, and toy brands in the Kenyan market.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential sellers to grow the category.
- Design and execute growth strategies to improve seller performance and drive sales.
- Provide continuous training, guidance, and operational support to sellers.
- Manage the full seller lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to growth and retention.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for category expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the maternity & baby industry, e-commerce, or retail.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and consumer behavior.
- Experience in business development, operations is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
