We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Zonal Head Sales to lead sales operations, distribution, and market expansion in assigned territories across Africa. The role requires a proven track record in FMCG sales (foods & non-foods) with strong leadership, execution, and market development skills.
Work Location – East Africa

Experience & Qualifications:
- – Minimum 15 years in FMCG sales, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Africa Experience: – Highly preferred; candidates with proven exposure to African FMCG markets will be prioritized.
- Age: – Maximum 42 years.
- Education: – Graduate degree is mandatory; MBA preferred.
- Industry: Strictly FMCG (Foods & Non-Foods). Candidates from beverages, personal care, household products, or packaged foods are encouraged.
