Role Purpose:
Support the design and implementation of youth-focused agribusiness interventions by strengthening youth technical skills, supporting viable youth-led enterprises, coordinating partnerships, and ensuring effective reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support youth technical trainings and follow-up activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing youth agribusiness plans and partnerships.
- Coordinate youth mobilization, selection, and input distribution.
- Track youth activities, indicators, and success stories.
- Support stakeholder engagement with counties, private sector, and partners.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- At least 2 year of experience working with rural youth or community programs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
- Basic MS Office proficiency.
