Workshop Operation Supervisor Job (50-65K)
Looking for an automotive job in Kenya? Vast Talents is recruiting a Workshop Operation Supervisor position. The salary for the role is Ksh 50,000 – 65,000 monthly. Proficiency in workshop management, automotive repair (SUVs & trucks), and team supervision is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations and staff.
- Allocate jobs and ensure quality repairs.
- Monitor productivity and workshop performance.
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years’ experience in automotive repair (SUVs & Trucks).
- 2-3 years’ experience managing a workshop.
- Valid driving licence with at least 5 years of active driving.
- Flexible to travel to branches.
- Experience in fleet workshops, dealerships, or commercial vehicle garages preferred.
