We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations of our workshop, which carries out carpentry, welding, and related fabrication activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a busy workshop (carpentry, welding, or fabrication environment).
- Strong technical knowledge in carpentry, welding, and general fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with workshop machinery, tools, and maintenance practices.
- Sound knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
