Reporting to: Head of Sales

Our client is a leading real estate company committed to delivering exceptional property solutions while maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence. They are looking to hire a results-driven and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support the sales team in achieving business growth and revenue targets. The role involves monitoring sales performance, supporting property marketing initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company sales processes and industry regulations.

Sales Leadership & Team Supervision

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance against set targets.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and close sales.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and provide timely follow-up.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely progression of leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and property launches.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Compliance & Market Intelligence

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and real estate regulations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
  • Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure ethical selling practices and maintain the company’s professional reputation.
  • Support management in implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Insurance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, property sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
