Our client, a well-established organization in the engineering and construction sector, is seeking to recruit a skilled Welder to join their technical team in Naromoru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, structural welding, and equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication of metal structures and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and welding symbols.
- Operate and maintain welding machines and related equipment.
- Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on metal parts and machinery.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and worksite protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Welding/Fabrication or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy workshop or construction environment.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
