Role Description
The Website Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Travel4Purpose website, including updating content, monitoring website performance, and ensuring the website is user-friendly. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular website audits, coordinating with the content and marketing team, levelling up with AI and implementing SEO strategies to drive traffic and enhance user engagement. This is a part time role (15-20 hours a month).
Qualifications
- Have strong WordPress skills and can manage themes, plugins, and content updates.
- Understand SEO & GEO optimisation to improve visibility and search ranking.
- Use AI tools to streamline processes and SEO workflows.
- Communicate clearly and think creatively to enhance user experience.
- Are innovative, proactive, and passionate about sustainable travel.
- Confident in data and analytics to track traffic and performance.
- Skilled in blog and content management, formatting, and optimisation.
- Able to handle website performance, speed, and UX improvements.
- Maintain security, backups, and site updates regularly.
