Job Summary:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for handling daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing goods. The role ensures accurate record-keeping, timely order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Record, label, and store materials in designated locations.
- Pick and pack items according to orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts.
- Prepare and process shipping documents.
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Support warehouse staff and supervisors in daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Strong execution ability and understanding of 5S.
- Good understanding of warehouse operation procedures.
