Warehouse & Sourcing Officer Job

Our client is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our team as a Warehouse & Sourcing Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient sourcing, inventory accuracy, warehouse accountability, and smooth operational processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage farm produce and FMCG suppliers while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee dispatches and returns using ERP systems (Odoo experience is an added advantage).
• Conduct daily inventory counts, reconciliations, and stock audits to maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Monitor warehouse operations, minimize losses, and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Manage products and company assets, ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting.
• Prepare accurate operational reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
