Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare cost benefit analyses for Capex proposals.
- Update and share product/SKU costing sheets weekly.
- Prepare & Analyze management accounts and recommend actions to Senior management.
- Continuously monitor and analyze input costs, and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and stability.
- Participate in procurement decisions and monitor BOM daily.
- Manage debtor cycles, credit notes, and customer incentive schemes.
- Prepare and present impact analyses of marketing expenditures, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.Ensure contract compliance and maintain financial records.
- Prepare detailed P&L reports at Value Stream, brand, and customer level.

Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Senior finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong analytical, communication & leadership skills
- Experience in non alcoholic beverage manufacturing is highly desirable
