Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in assigned subjects. 
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments. 
• Monitor learner progress and provide timely interventions. 
• Implement CBC/CBE requirements effectively. 
• Maintain high standards of discipline and learner engagement. 
• Participate in co-curricular and school development activities. 
• Maintain accurate learner records and reports. 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Education/ P1 degree with relevant subject specialization. 
• TSC Registration Certificate. 
• Minimum of 3 years\’ teaching experience. 
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in CBC/CBE implementation. 
• Strong classroom management and learner-centered teaching skills. 
• Ability to integrate ICT into teaching and learning. 

General Requirements for All Positions

• Strong commitment to child safeguarding and professional ethics. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. 
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. 
• Experience in a reputable school setting will be an added advantage.
