Duties and Responsibilities
- Train students in the respective technical and vocational courses
- Prepare professional documents of a trainer
- Deliver both theoretical and practical lessons
- Assess and evaluate trainee performance
- Guide and mentor trainees in skills development
- Maintain training equipment and workshops
- Ensure safety and adherence to training standards
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional activities
- Any other duty assigned by the principal

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualifications in the relevant field
- Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage
- Registration with TVETA and/or relevant professional body where applicable
- Good communication and instructional skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
