As a Trainer in the  Digital Business Program, you will: 

  • Equip MSMEs with skills to build no-code websites that are professional, user-friendly, and impactful.
  • Guide MSMEs in utilizing social commerce and user-generated content to increase customer engagement and market reach.
  • Provide essential training on cybersecurity, digital responsibility, and ethics to help MSMEs build customer trust and navigate digital spaces confidently.
    • Conduct training sessions for MSMEs on no-code website creation, social commerce strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
    • Offer tailored support to help MSMEs leverage digital tools and resources for maximum reach and impact.
    • Collaborate with Sote Hub and the UK Kenya Tech Hub to ensure alignment with project objectives and government digital infrastructure initiatives.
    • Act as an ambassador for cybersecurity and digital ethics, reinforcing best practices for building trust in online commerce.
    • Should be an entrepreneur with an existing business, within Mombasa County.
    • Should have experience in digital marketing, social media engagement, or e-commerce.
    • Knowledge of no-code platforms and/or experience in website building without coding.
    • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and social commerce.
    • Prior experience training MSMEs, especially in digital literacy, is preferred.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity, digital responsibility, and ethical practices for online business.
