Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Knowledge and experience in Travel & Tourism to plan and organize tours, ensure compliance with travel regulations, and provide accurate destination information.
- Sales and Marketing skills, with the ability to promote tourism packages, attract new clients, and retain a strong customer base.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless travel arrangements and address any challenges or changes.
- Passion for the tourism industry, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
