Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour and Travel Sales Consultant located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Tour and Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling Safari, consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, managing travel bookings and arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and handling reservations. The consultant will work closely with the team to plan and execute travel itineraries that meet client preferences and expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to Sale Safaris.
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in Tour & Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Customer Service skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Familiarity with East African travel destinations and attractions is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
