This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in the Kilimani division. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing guided tours, communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, offering travel consulting services, and promoting travel & tourism experiences.
Qualifications
- Guided Tours and Travel Consulting skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local and international travel destinations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
