Job Summary;
As our Technical Training Officer, you will be the architect of our automotive education programs, driving excellence through the design and delivery of high-impact technical training. You will lead the way in curriculum innovation and lesson planning, ensuring every session whether theoretical or hands-on exceeds TVET compliance and quality standards.
Key duties & Responsibilities;
- Curriculum Excellence: Design, develop, and update technical course outlines and training content to remain at the forefront of automotive industry standards.
- Instructional Leadership: Lead the delivery of both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive learning experience.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee lesson planning and instructional scheduling to optimize training throughput and student engagement.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Implement robust assessment frameworks to track learner progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to TVET regulatory requirements and internal quality standards across all educational offerings.
- Innovation & Research: Conduct continuous research into emerging automotive technologies and modern pedagogical techniques to enhance our training portfolio.
Minimum Job Qualifications;
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, or a specialized degree in Technical Education.
- Certification in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
- A minimum of 3 years experience in technical instruction or automotive engineering.
- A valid driving license with defensive driving training.
Skills and Abilities;
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and contemporary digital tools for dynamic training delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and educational software.
- A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong research and development skills applied to technical education.
- Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
