What you will be doing:
- Serve as a liaison between business units and software development teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
- Define and document APIs and integration points between internal systems and external platforms.
- Create and maintain a developer-facing wiki or documentation portal for external developers to understand and engage with company APIs. Evaluate and recommend new software and systems to meet business requirements.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in software testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Document internal procedures, workflows, and technical issues.
- Maintain data quality, security protocols, and system compliance documentation.

Requirements
- Understanding of business processes and systems integration.
- Familiarity with IT governance and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of API documentation best practices and standards.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, (Loop) or similar.
- Adept at utilizing with monday.com
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Experience:
- 3 years minimum experience in business systems analysis or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with documenting APIs and integration specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.
- Involvement in creating user or developer documentation for technical platforms.
