KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain business systems, databases, and digital platforms to ensure reliability, security, and uptime.
- Develop, customize, and automate business processes through coding, integrations, and reporting tools.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions for management decision-making.
- Implement and enforce data security, backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Administer company website, email systems, and user access controls.
- Coordinate technology deployments, upgrades, and vendor support services.
- Train staff on system usage and promote data-driven decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in systems administration, database management, and data analytics.
- Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs, automation tools).
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel reporting.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
