The Supply Chain Management Officer supports procurement and asset management processes within the Office to ensure efficient acquisition and management of institutional resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting procurement planning and implementation processes
• Preparing procurement documentation and maintaining procurement records
• Assisting in supplier evaluation and procurement compliance processes
• Monitoring inventory levels and supporting inventory management systems
• Coordinating procurement activities in accordance with procurement regulations
• Supporting asset management and asset tracking within the institution
• Maintaining procurement documentation and reporting records
• Assisting in monitoring supplier performance and contract compliance
