1. Supply Chain Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Drive efficiency across procurement, storage, and distribution processes
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality

2. Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage reliable suppliers and farmers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms
  • Ensure consistency in supply, quality, and pricing stability

3. Inventory & Demand Planning

  • Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and demand forecasting
  • Minimize stock-outs, wastage, and overstocking
  • Implement and maintain strong inventory control systems

4. Logistics & Distribution

  • Manage end-to-end logistics including transportation and last-mile delivery
  • Optimize delivery routes, turnaround times, and fleet utilization
  • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment

5. Operations Management

  • Oversee warehouse operations, handling, and storage standards
  • Ensure adherence to quality control and food safety standards
  • Establish and enforce SOPs across all supply chain processes

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the supply chain and operations team
  • Instill a culture of accountability, efficiency, and performance
  • Set clear KPIs and track team performance

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on key supply chain metrics (costs, wastage, lead times, service levels)
  • Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions
  • Strong experience in procurement, inventory management, and distribution
  • Experience in FMCG, agriculture, or fresh produce supply chains is highly preferred
