Supply Chain Lead Job (100-120K)

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Drive efficiency across procurement, storage, and distribution processes
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
2. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage reliable suppliers and farmers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms
- Ensure consistency in supply, quality, and pricing stability
3. Inventory & Demand Planning
- Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and demand forecasting
- Minimize stock-outs, wastage, and overstocking
- Implement and maintain strong inventory control systems
4. Logistics & Distribution
- Manage end-to-end logistics including transportation and last-mile delivery
- Optimize delivery routes, turnaround times, and fleet utilization
- Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
5. Operations Management
- Oversee warehouse operations, handling, and storage standards
- Ensure adherence to quality control and food safety standards
- Establish and enforce SOPs across all supply chain processes
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and develop the supply chain and operations team
- Instill a culture of accountability, efficiency, and performance
- Set clear KPIs and track team performance
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on key supply chain metrics (costs, wastage, lead times, service levels)
- Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions
- Strong experience in procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Experience in FMCG, agriculture, or fresh produce supply chains is highly preferred
