Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have;
- a Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building or Construction Technician Certificate Part III or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is the entry and training grade for the cadre. The officer will work under the guidance of a senior officer.
Duties and responsibilities at this level will include
- preparation of structural and civil drawings including detailing of steel and concrete structures, layouts and details of drainage schemes, roads and paved areas.
