Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in storekeeping or warehouse management, preferably in the events, logistics, or hospitality sector
- Experience managing high-volume inventory and dispatch operations
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory of all event equipment (décor, lighting, etc.)
- Organize and label all items in the store for easy tracking and access
- Coordinate the dispatch and return of event equipment to and from event sites
- Supervise loading and offloading activities to ensure safe handling of materials
- Inspect and verify the condition of items upon return and report any damages or losses
- Work closely with event teams to ensure timely preparation and release of event materials
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records
- Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs to the procurement team
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store and storage areas
- Oversee minor repairs and ensure maintenance of reusable equipment
- Supervise and assign daily duties to store assistants, loaders, and casual workers
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly store activity and inventory reports
