Purpose of the Role
The Spanish Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers, offering solutions and resolving queries related to reservations, refunds, and ticket troubleshooting.
The role requires accurate documentation of customer interactions and adherence to established procedures, guidelines, and policies. The ideal candidate will embody a service-oriented mindset, ensuring each interaction aligns with the organization’s commitment to excellence in customer care.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish (Minimum B2 Level or higher)
- Minimum academic qualification: KCSE certificate
- 0–6 months of work experience; previous customer service experience is an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively
