Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in the effective management of daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and oversee the preparation and service of meals for students and staff
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and nutrition
- Assist with menu planning, taking into account dietary, medical, cultural, and religious requirements
- Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Contribute to stock control, inventory management, and cost control
- Uphold a professional, respectful, and child-safe working environment at all times

Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in international schools, boarding schools, hotels, or large-scale institutional catering is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).
- Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
