Solutions Architect Job Tezza Business

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our IT team. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a strong background in system architecture, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
- Design end-to-end solutions that meet business needs, considering scalability, security, and performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation and diagrams.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Assess and mitigate technical risks associated with solution design and implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural decisions.
- Participate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring technical alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect.
- Strong understanding of system architecture principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing scalable and secure solutions for complex business problems.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with diverse technical teams and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with a variety of programming languages and development methodologies.
- Ability to assess and recommend appropriate technologies based on project requirements.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
- Previous experience in a lead or senior architect role.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level application integration and API design.
- Contribution to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of previous work.
