Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nairobi, Kenya.

As a Technical Product Manager – JaGedo V3, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate user needs into scalable, high-quality solutions. The role requires a strong technical background, enabling you to bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution.

Reporting Line:

You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for JaGedo V3
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and timelines
• Collaborate with developers to deliver scalable solutions
• Analyze user needs, data, and market trends to inform decisions
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features
• Drive continuous product improvement and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering or technical product roles
• Strong experience in Technical Product Management / Product Management
• Hands-on understanding of full-stack development

Technical Skills

• Experience with modern frameworks such as:
• React
• Django
• Node.js
• Express.js

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
• Understanding of the construction, infrastructure, or platform-based ecosystem is an added advantage
