We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and results-driven Software Developer to join our growing technology team. If you enjoy building scalable applications, solving complex problems, and working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As our Software Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code.
- Develop new features and enhance existing systems.
- Build scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot software issues.
- Perform system updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Design, optimize, and maintain databases while ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Management teams to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Implement software security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Deploy applications to testing and production environments using version control tools such as Git.
- Support CI/CD processes and software releases.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide technical support, user training, and assist with system integrations and API implementations.
Qualifications & Experience Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in software development or a similar role.
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of databases, APIs and version control systems.
- Experience maintaining and improving software applications.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is an added advantage.
