Job Description
- We are seeking a vibrant and creative Social Media Intern with strong photography and videography skills to join our team for 6 months.
- The ideal candidate is outgoing, extroverted, and passionate about the social media lifestyle — someone who thrives on creating content, engaging with audiences, and capturing moments in real time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and execution of content calendars.
- Creating engaging photo and video content tailored for different platforms.
- Covering live events with energy and creativity.
- Managing posting schedules, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Assisting in performance tracking and preparing content reports.
- Staying ahead of digital and social media trends.
Qualifications
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Creative Arts, or related field.
- Strong photography and videography skills (shooting & editing).
- Basic to intermediate skills with editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Outgoing personality: confident, sociable, and creative.
- Passion for digital culture, storytelling, and online engagement.
- Employment Type & Compensation
- Internship – 6 months, full-time (Nairobi).
- Monthly stipend provided.
