Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Fresh college graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of social media or content experience
- Strong Canva design skills with a good eye for layout, color, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of what makes high-quality, engaging social media content
- Hands-on experience with Instagram and Facebook (posts, reels, stories, engagement)
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn content is an added advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or other video editing software is a plus
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for online brand representation
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design engaging social media content (posts, reels, short-form videos) using Canva and other creative tools
- Manage and create content for LinkedIn, ensuring professional, high-quality posts that reflect the company’s brand and positioning
- Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook pages through consistent posting and active community engagement
- Maintain strong visual quality, brand consistency, and tone across all social media platforms
- Assist with basic video editing, content scheduling, and performance tracking while staying updated on social media trends
