Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop creative content including posts, captions, blogs, visuals, and short videos
- Plan, schedule, and run social media campaigns and promotions
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow online communities
- Support content calendars and storytelling initiatives
- Track and report on social media performance and analytics
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across platforms
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Creativity and understanding of digital trends
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an added advantage
