Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc).
- Monitor, respond to, and escalate customer inquiries/messages on social media in a timely, professional manner.
- Track and analyze content performance, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and viral content relevant to our industry.
- Assist in running paid ads, boosting posts, and coordinating influencer collaborations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communications.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions with tailored digital content.
Who We’re Looking For
- A creative storyteller with a passion for digital marketing and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut).
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
