  • Develop digital marketing frameworks, templates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and train Digital Marketing Associates on best practices and emerging trends.
  • Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies for JENGE Village members.
  • Manage complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns requiring strategic coordination.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and conversion paths for improved performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analytics, analyze, and provide actionable insights.
  • Handle escalated client requests and challenging marketing problems.
  • Coordinate workflow distribution among Digital Marketing Associates.
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks for measuring marketing success.
  • Review and optimize paid advertising strategies and budget allocation.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all digital touchpoints.
  • Prepare performance reports with strategic recommendations for members.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Implement A/B testing protocols and data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with demonstrated results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media advertising, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, social media insights, and key marketing metrics.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring marketing professionals.
  • Excellent strategic planning and campaign planning abilities.
  • Advanced content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
