The SHEQ & Quality Control Officer will ensure that Hewatele’s operations at the Tatu City LOX production sitecmeet the highest standards of safety, health, environment, and quality. This role is critical in maintaining compliance, preventing risks, and guaranteeing product integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Oversee product quality testing and documentation.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the site.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in SHEQ roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Certification in ISO standards, Occupational Health & Safety, or Quality Management is an added advantage.
