Looking for a Teaching job in Kenya? BAYE Africa is recruiting SESD Trainers. The job is based in Isiolo. Proficiency in training, facilitation, and youth skills development is required.
BAYE Africa, in partnership with the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA), invites qualified and passionate professionals to apply as trainers for the Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD) component under the NYOTA Program.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education, Business, Social Sciences, Community Development, Agribusiness or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in training, facilitation or youth skills development.
- Proven experience in SESD, entrepreneurship.financial literacy or digital skills training.
- Strong communication, facilitation and mentoring skills.
- Experience working in ASAL regions is an added advantage.
