Service Project Manager Job ADEC

Project Management Jobs, ADEC Kenya Jobs. Responsible for planning and managing service projects, coordinating technical teams, monitoring budgets and timelines, managing client expectations, and ensuring projects meet quality standards. Requires a degree in Project Management or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities

• Scoping new Managed Services. 
• Support and deliver all project within the SMO 
• Governance-SLA/KPI, Process Compliance, Internal Audits 
• Project Management -Implementations, Internal Projects,Change management,Service Improvement Plans ,Reporting ,Shared service Management 
• The creation and maintenance of project plans and associated documentation
• Lead/Participate in regular project update meetings with customer, and internal teams
• Creation and distribution of minutes/actions from project meetings
• Maintain clear lines of communication and responsibility
• Delegate tasks to relevant internal, and customer resources
• Understand of Service methodologies and project management processes.
• Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.

Experience

• Previous experience in BPO and Customer Service and/or technical account
• At least 2 years team management experience
• Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this document.

Eligibility (Training, License, Certification)

• PMP Certification is preferred but not required

• Flexible work hours to allow calls on difference time-zones.
