Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and customize tour packages based on clients’ preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
- Handle inquiries and bookings from clients, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Manage the full tour process including quotations, confirmations, invoicing, and travel documentation.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour guides.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour support.
- Supervise junior consultants and support their development through training and mentorship.
- Stay up to date with tourism trends, new products, and competitive market activities.
- Coordinate group travel arrangements and manage complex itineraries.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:
- At least five years of experience in a senior tour consultant or supervisory role within the tourism industry.
- Diploma or degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations, and visa processes.
- Proficiency in tour booking systems and computer applications (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver exceptional service.
Desirable Attributes:
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other international languages is an added advantage.
- Passionate about travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
