Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager / Branch Manager
Scope: Lead technical sales efforts for tractors and associated equipment, design and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with service teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Develop and execute quarterly and yearly sales/marketing plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and converting them into orders.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions for tractor and related equipment.
  • Manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a robust customer database; target VIP customers and dealers monthly.
  • Coordinate with workshop/technical teams to perform demos and ensure seamless handovers post-sale.
  • Prepare and issue quotations; process trade documents and follow up on inquiries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and respond with appropriate action plans.
  • Train customers and internal teams; develop and implement training plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in a mechanical/electrical engineering or sales-facing role in the equipment/tractor sector.
  • Certifications: Valid practicing certificate or relevant professional certifications.
  • Good health; professional appearance and demeanour.

  • Strong technical knowledge of tractors and agricultural implements
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to synthesize customer needs into practical solutions
  • Self-starter with goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in CRM, quotations, and simple financial literacy
  • Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination

Location & Work Hours

Working Place: Office-based with field visits, workshops, and customer sites as required
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; additional hours for critical customer engagements or field duties
