Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, healthcare management).
- Additional certifications in claims management, insurance, or related fields are preferred.
- 8 years’ experience in the insurance industry especially within claims management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume claim’s environment.
- Decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
